Michael Hutsteiner

Michael Hutsteiner, the exulant, was born 1590 in Austria. He left Hofkirchen i.M. around 1626-1638 and became the forefather of all Saxonian Hutsteiner family members.

It is still unclear how his descendants set up close relations to the saxonian court in Dresden so fast, coming out of a small village in the country side, far away from Dresden. Seems to be quite unusual. Perhaps, during the time 1626 -last known record in Hofkirchen i.M. mentioning Michael- to 1638 -first court record in Hartmannsdorf- Michael lived at any other location, e.g. close to Dresden ?
